What is the definition of a good agent?

To me a good agent is:  "a person who acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of real estate and where all end up happy knowing they received the best deal, hopefully." That is my goal!

Before joining John Aaroe Group as an Associate Broker my background included selling and packaging mortgages for 18 years--- and working with attorneys for over 14 years.  All that knowledge gathered helps me now in selling and buying properties for clients.

People tell me that I am truthful, trustworthy and dedicated to my profession.  I know that I have perseverance and get positive results.  A few years back one of my bosses said to me:  "you are the best closer Lucy" which is true.  Once I start something, I always try to finish.  Strong negotiating skill and matching a property with the need of the buyer is what I do.

I know that keeping in touch with clients and informing them every step of the way is the best method.  Therefore, I sleep well at night knowing that I have fully disclosed the good and the bad as well.

Aside from English I speak Spanish fluently, some French and Italian which have helped many a times to communicate with clients in their own language.

But at the end of it all, to me, helping people is the most rewarding part of this career.
